Admission
Submission of Application Form
Five numbers of recent passport size photograph
should be attached with the Application Form should be submitted to the school office within 5 working days of collecting the form.
Eligibility for Admission
To be eligible for admission, the candidate must fulfill the age limit specified below:
- For PlayGroup the child must have completed 2 years on 31st May
- For Nursery the child must have completed 2.5 years as on 31st May
- For Junior KG the child must have completed 3. 5 years as on 31st May
- For Senior KG the child must have completed 4.5 years as on 31st May
Admission Criteria
Admission is based on First-cum-First Served basis for the KG. However, admission shall primarily depend on the availability of seats.
Mode of Payment
Fee should be paid by Cheque in favour of "FORMULA 5 KIDS COLLEGE" for all students. However, cash shall be accepted if cheque payment is not possible. Please ensure that proper receipt is obtained from the school office for the cheque / cash remitted. No post-dated cheques shall be accepted.
Transport facility
Kindly fill the transport form and the school office will inform about the fees and pick up and drop points and timings in your area.
School Timing
The school timing will be as follows:
Play Group - 9:00 am to 11:00 am
Pre - KG & Jr-KG - 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Sr - KG - 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Grade-1 to Grade-VI - 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Play Group - 9:00 am to 11:00 am
Pre - KG & Jr-KG - 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Sr - KG - 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
